User Experience for e-Commerce is a two-day specialized training seminar on User experience.
Theory, techniques and tools of User Experience, and how to develop a UX plan for your online and mobile customers within 16 hours of intensive training. Learning from an expert instructor in the field, participants will get specialized knowledge on UX for e-Commerce and after completing the course they will be able to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate e-Commerce strategies.
This course is supported with practical exercises focused on better understanding your customers and what they value which will help develop high performance e-Commerce sites.

The planning and implementation of the educational process is carried out by Rob Thurner, a well known for his accomplishments in the specialized field of Mobile Marketing and has worked internationally with various companies and clients, especially in England, Portugal, China, Canada.
